Bavarian. The magic of Christmas once again conquered Bávaro, Punta Cana and surrounding communities with the successful 2024 edition of the CEPM Christmas Village (Punta Cana Macao Energy Consortium).

More than 10,000 visitors from across the region gathered at this event, surpassing the records of previous years and establishing itself as one of the most anticipated celebrations of the year.

Held from December 6 to 8 at the San Juan Shopping Center Amphitheater, the CEPM Christmas Village offered an unforgettable experience with a wide range of activities for the whole family. From the traditional lighting of the Christmas tree to artistic performances and surprises, the event stood out as the heart of the festivities in the region.

Oscar San Martín, general manager of CEPM, expressed: “This event reflects our essence as a company: an ally of the community. Our goal with each activity is to offer a unique experience full of surprises for all families, generating value and promoting the well-being of our people.”

Among the attractions that captivated attendees were a skating rink, inflatable games, face painting and endless activities designed for each member of the family to experience the magic of the time. Plus, the kids enjoyed free popcorn and cotton candy, making their experience even more special and memorable.

CEPM reaffirmed its social commitment by providing buses that transported more than 150 children from vulnerable and remote areas, ensuring that more families enjoyed this unforgettable celebration. This effort underscores the purpose of bringing joy and hope to every corner of the region.

Likewise, the Village promoted local development by granting free space to 30 entrepreneurs, who exhibited unique and original products. This support not only offered attendees the opportunity to find special gifts, but also fueled the economic growth of small businesses in the region.

To encourage support for these entrepreneurs, raffles were held with extraordinary prizes, such as an iPhone 16, an Apple Watch Series 10 and weekend stays in hotels in the region, generating enthusiasm and high participation.

The Christmas Village also served as a stage for more than six artistic groups from Punta Cana, who presented shows that delighted the audience. This support for local talent reaffirms CEPM's commitment to promoting culture and the arts, offering a platform to promote Dominican talent.

With historic attendance, the CEPM Christmas Village is consolidated as an emblematic event in the region, promoting unity, joy and the festive spirit among families and communities. This meeting continues to be a point of reference for thousands of people who seek to share the magic of Christmas in a welcoming atmosphere full of memorable celebrations.
