Last Friday I had the privilege of participating as a lecturer in an event organized by Zoemar Group in Punta Cana, an initiative that deserves special recognition for its focus on democratizing real estate education. This trend, who have also adopted developers such as Noval Properties and Cana Rock, reflects a deep understanding that the quality of real estate advice is essential for the success of Premium projects.

The evolution of the Dominican real estate market requires a constant update of knowledge and skills. Today's premium buyer not only looks for a property; demands comprehensive, professional and highly qualified advice. This reality has led leaders to invest in the continuous training of their brokers and to open these educational spaces to the real estate sector in general.

This commitment to education by developers reflects a deep understanding of the current market. Today's buyers, especially in the Premium segment, arrive with high expectations and an unprecedented level of knowledge. They demand advisors who not only know the properties, but dominate legal, financial and technical aspects of the sector.

The initiative of these groups goes beyond simple sales training. It focuses on creating an ecosystem of highly qualified professionals who can offer comprehensive and quality advice. This vision benefits the entire sector, developers obtain a better prepared team, agents raise their professional standards and customers receive a higher service.

In the conference I taught, entitled “The 3 p of success in 2025”, we deal with essential points for the contemporary real estate agent. The fundamental premise is simple but powerful: the success in real estate is not a coincidence, it is a formula, which is based on three fundamental pillars: protect, persuade and prosper.

The most revealing aspect was the synergy between these elements: when you protect your customers, you generate unwavering confidence; When you persuade from that trusted base, you created exceptional results; And when these results accumulate, prosperity comes naturally. It is a virtuoso cycle that is self -employed.

Special emphasis was placed on customer protection, remembering that in the current real estate market, buyers not only acquire a property, they buy legal certainty. This perspective fundamentally transforms the way we see real estate advice, raising it from a simple transaction to a comprehensive professional service.

The enthusiastic response of the participants confirms that there is a real thirst for knowledge and professionalization in our sector. It is encouraging to see how Premium developers are taking the initiative to nurture this desire for professional growth.

These are spaces that combine education with effective networking, where coagents are not only trained but also build valuable professional relationships. The developers who invest in these initiatives not only improve their immediate results, but also contribute to raising the standards of the entire industry.
