Santo Domingo, DR. – The Dominican Republic expands its air connections with the United States with the start of direct flights between Miami and Punta Cana by the airline SkyHigh Dominicana.
Every Thursday and Sunday the airline will connect the two cities on Embraer 190 aircraft, with a capacity of 97 passengers, nine in business class and 88 in tourist class on a flight of approximately two hours 20 minutes, departing from the city of Miami to 8:00 in the morning arriving in Punta Cana at 11:20 in the morning and returning at 1:00 in the afternoon, arriving at Miami International Airport at 2:20 in the afternoon.
Cesarina Beauchamp, vice president of SKYhigh Dominicana, when leading the inauguration of the flights, expressed that the new route reaffirms the company’s commitment to continue connecting the Dominican Republic with North America, South America, Central America and the rest of the Caribbean.
