Soltour Spotlights the Dominican Republic as a Destination Offering Unforgettable Golf Experiences

Soltour Showcases the Dominican Republic as an Unrivaled Golf Destination

Soltour has recognized the Dominican Republic as one of the premier destinations offering unparalleled golf experiences, as the sport continues to thrive globally. With the summer season approaching, the leading tour operator in Spain and Portugal has curated exclusive packages, crafted by industry experts, to cater to golf enthusiasts seeking to play in some of the world’s finest golf courses, including those in the Dominican Republic, Rivera Maya, Madeira, La Rioja, and Tenerife.

“The Dominican Republic stands out as a leading golf destination, boasting some of the finest courses in the entire Caribbean and Latin America,” emphasizes the tour operator.

The specially designed Soltour trip to the Dominican Republic encompasses a seven-night all-inclusive stay in a double room at the Hotel Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville, return flights from Madrid to Punta Cana, airport transfers, accommodation, unlimited green fees at the PGA Ocean’s 4 golf course in The Roman, shared buggy usage for all rounds, and fees. Golf enthusiasts can partake in this remarkable experience starting from 1,920 euros.

For those venturing to Rivera Maya, Soltour offers two distinct packages for golf enthusiasts. The seven-day all-inclusive package at Hotel Bahia Principe Grand Tulum 5 allows guests to enjoy three rounds at the PGA Riviera Maya, considered one of Mexico’s finest golf courses, nestled amidst the Mayan jungle and featuring delightful surprises like an impressive cenote. Additionally, the package includes a round at El Camaleón Mayakoba, known for its route that meanders through water channels navigated by electric boats. The trip starts at 1,975 euros for golf players and 1,495 euros for companions.

In the enchanting island of Madeira, Soltour offers a 4-night package at Hotel Casa Vieja Do Palheiro, including bed and breakfast, and three rounds to choose between Palheiro Golf and Santo de Serra golf courses, all priced at 825 euros for a double room.

“In this enchanting location, you can enjoy golfing at two courses: Palheiro Golf, situated right next to the hotel and 500 meters above sea level, providing stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, and Santo da Serra Golf, a course with three 9-hole layouts and host to the Madeira Open,” highlights the tour operator.

For golfers looking to explore La Rioja and play on courses like Sojuela, Izki, Rioja Alta, or the Logroño golf course, Soltour offers a three-night package at Hotel Gran Via Logroño, along with two green fees, starting at 330 euros.

Moreover, in Tenerife, guests can experience the Buenavista course designed by Severiano Ballesteros.

As part of the Soltour offerings, clients have the opportunity to compete in the fifth round of the 2023 calendar of the Melia Rewards Top 10 Summun circuit at the Buenavista course on August 5. Winners will qualify for the national final, where they will compete for a 7-day trip to the Dominican Republic, playing in the Meliá Golf Challenge. The accommodation included for this trip is at Hotel Hacienda del Conde – Meliá Collection. The package is priced from 550 euros.
