Miami. -With the aim of continuing to position the Food and Beverage industry of the Dominican Republic for export, the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana) organized the participation of 10 Dominican companies in the most important fair in Miami, “Americas Food and Beverage Show & Conference (AF&B)”.
This event is established as the meeting point for decision makers in the food and beverage sector, from all over the world.
In this sense, the executive director of ProDominicana Biviana Riveiro expressed that 50% of those attending the fair are responsible for making decisions and, consequently, the AF&B fair and conference is the ideal setting for exporters to meet clients, product suppliers, service providers, suppliers, distributors and experts in the sector.
Riveiro pointed out that the commitment to the internationalization of Dominican food and beverage companies and the importance of market diversification in a growth context like the current one. “ProDominicana will continue to offer a wide range of programs and instruments to accompany companies in their foreign strategy with the purpose of continuing to increase participation in non-traditional markets,” he pointed out.
During the fair, Dominican exporters held more than 50 B2B meetings where they offered fair attendees products grown and manufactured in the Dominican Republic.
The Americas Food and Beverage Show & Conference is open to members of the sector, making it an exclusively business event. Trade show attendees are interested in finding new and innovative products to stock their shelves, add to their menus, and impress their customers.
