PUNTA CANA. The third edition of the Dominican real estate fair “Real Estate Summit”, 2023, ended in this tourist hub last weekend. The event brought together representatives of the Dominican real estate sector and took place at the facilities of the Westin Punta Cana hotel. Investors from more than 10 countries came to explore real estate opportunities in the country. Marcus Boereau, Founder and CEO of IMAR Ventures, noted that investment projections could reach US20MM in the coming months.
Javier Donoso, CEO of Gesproin Group, expressed pride in being the only platform that brings together all stakeholders in the real estate sector. The event facilitated discussion panels, presentations, and visits to projects, with a focus on the urgent need for transparency and clarity in real estate transactions.
Special guests at the event included international real estate expert, Barbara Warren; CEO of Gesproin Group, Javier Donoso; and the Manager of the Bávaro Branch of Scotiabank, Ramón Marte. Additionally, Alter Legal, Yellow Key, JD Group, developers Gesproin, Noval Properties, Grupo Perassan, Frangipani Property, and the real estate agency Blue Caribbean presented their projects to potential investors.
