Sunwing is currently seeking approval from the JAC to operate under the Special Permit scheme on a total of 40 routes, with 319 planned air operations expected from October 28, 2024, to March 31, 2025.

As per the records of the Dominican Institute of Civil Aviation (IDAC), between January 2023 and September 2024, Sunwing Airlines had carried 1,149,125 passengers via 6,826 airborne operations, both incoming and outgoing. This is inclusive of the routes authorized in its Operating Permit and routes under different operating systems.

The details of the scheduled flights from various cities including Calgary, Edmonton, Fredericton, and Gander to Punta Cana and other destinations like London, Quebec, Vancouver and others are provided. The schedule includes the period, flight frequencies, and total flights for the time from November 4, 2024, to March 31, 2025.

The list of requested routes also includes flights from Montreal (CYUL) to La Romana (MDLR), Cancún (MMUN), and back to Montreal (CYUL) with a single flight scheduled for November 30, 2024.

Furthermore, flights from various airport locations like Regina, Saskatoon, Newfoundland, and Labrador to Puerto Plata, Punta Cana with scheduled dates and frequencies are also provided.

The requested routes also include flights from major Canadian cities like Toronto and Vancouver to Punta Cana and other destinations with details of operation dates and frequencies provided.

Please note, these are routes requested by Sunwing Airlines and are subject to approval by the JAC.
