The Hotel and Tourism Association of the Dominican Republic (Asonahores) will hold the sixth Tourism Investment Forum on November 20 with the objective of exposing the vision of the public and private sectors for the development of the industry in the country. David Llibre, president of Asonahores, expressed that on this platform the entity seeks to exchange perspectives on the main issues of the tourism sector as a value proposition that promotes local and international investment opportunities.

At the Tourism Investment Forum, the study “Impact of the Tourism Sector on the Dominican Economy” will be presented by the firm Analytica and sponsored by Banco Popular, which will show an updated vision of the national tourism industry.
Likewise, the panel “Regulations regarding Tourism Investment will be held with the participation of Alejandro Fernández, Superintendent of Banks; Ernesto Bournigal, Superintendent of Securities Markets and Francisco Torres, Superintendent of Pensions.
