Cristina Pérez, corporate director of sales for The Palace Company, described the resort as a “cruise ship on land” due to its high concentration of services and amenities within the property.
So far, the resort offers a Greg Norman-designed golf course, a three-story Kids Club, bowling, karaoke, and multiple dining options. The upcoming additions include a casino and new restaurants.
The resort focuses on travelers from Colombia, Argentina, the U.S., Canada, and Brazil. During an international event, the company hosted 580 guests from Latin America to showcase the resort’s offerings.
Moon Palace provides family-friendly accommodations with rooms for up to five guests and special conditions for minors under 17 for most of the year, according to company statements.
