The first panel, titled “Infrastructure and Investment: Engines of Dominican Economic Development,” will explore strategic policies and long-term investments needed to sustain growth and attract capital. Moderated by Nairobi Viloria, it will feature Minister Jean Luis Rodríguez, RD Vial Director Hostos Rizik, InterEnergy Group Sustainability Director Milagros De Camps Germán, and economist Richard Medina.
A second panel, “Legislation and Legal Security: Foundations for Investment and Development,” will focus on pending reforms and legal frameworks that underpin investor confidence and institutional stability. Journalist Roberto Cavada will moderate a discussion with Yorlin Vázquez, Charles Mariotti Jr., Carmen Ligia Barceló González, Liz Mieses, Rogelio Antonio Genao, and Natanael Concepción.
The event will close with the presentation of Andrés Vander Horst’s book *Young Politician*, introduced by Culture Minister Roberto Ángel Salcedo. Journalist José Luis Taveras will then lead a conversation with Omar Fernández, Juan Garrigó, Gloria Reyes, and Johnny Pujols, examining how younger leaders are navigating politics amid digital transformation and shifting party dynamics.
GALA Media Group positions the Punta Cana Forum as a space for critical thinking and responsible leadership, aligning with broader regional dialogues such as the recent Punta Cana Firefighting Congress and ongoing discussions around Punta Cana growth and economic shifts.
