The forum, scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., opens with a panel titled “Infrastructure and Investment: Engines of Dominican Economic Development,” moderated by Nairobi Viloria. Jean Luis Rodríguez, Minister of Housing, and Hostos Rizik, director of RD Vial, will join former Deputy Minister of Environment Milagros De Camps Germán to explore how infrastructure projects attract both domestic and foreign capital.
A second panel, “Legislation and Legal Security: Foundations for Investment and Development,” will be led by Roberto Cavada. Participants include Supreme Court Justice Yorlín Vásquez, Constitutional Court Justice Amaury Reyes, and lawmakers Charles Noel Mariotti Paz and Carmen Ligia Barceló González. The session will focus on legal frameworks that protect investment and ensure regulatory stability.
The closed-format forum includes a lunch break and, at 3:00 p.m., a book presentation of *Joven Político* by Andrés Vander Horst, moderated by José Luis Taveras. The session will feature political representatives Omar Fernández, Juan Garrigó, Gloria Reyes, and Johnny Pujols.
