Within the framework of the growth of real estate tourism in Bavaro, Punta Cana and Cap Cana executives of Bluewave Group and Coral Hospitality Corporation announced the creation of the brand bluestays a strategic alliance that will provide property management and administration services for vacation rentals throughout the eastern part of the country.
“This new initiative reaffirms our confidence in real estate tourism in Punta Cana. This new division of Bluewave Group, Bluestays, seeks to protect the investment of our buyers as buyers will be able to generate income from their properties when they are not in use, ensuring a guest suitable for the property, and a good occupancy percentage of the same”, explained Jordan Estevez the president and co-founder of Bluewave Group.
He indicated that Bluestays will be operated by Xeliter a brand of Coral Hospitality Corp, which has established itself as the main operator of vacation properties in the entire Dominican Republic.
«The new alliance comes to facilitate the administration of the properties of the buyers of villas and apartments in the projects developed by Bluewave. The Bluestays team will be in charge of the administration and maintenance of the properties, rents on the various digital platforms such as Airbnb and short-stay guest experience management,” he said.
He added that “Bluewave Group continues to consolidate our country brand, allowing the foreign public to invest in real estate tourism projects in our country to be able to enjoy the property during their vacations and generate additional income when they are not using it.”
