Nine Dominican Hotels Make the Cut for “Forbes Travel Guide Stars” List

The Dominican hotels Tortuga Bay Puntacana Resort & Club, Amanera, Casa de Campo, Cayo Levantado Resort, Eden Roc Cap Cana, JW Marriott Santo Domingo, Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana, TRS Cap Cana and TRS Turquesa, were selected in the list of Forbes Travel Guide (FTG) stars in the 2024 Star Awards for the world’s top luxury hotels, restaurants, ocean cruises and spas.

These establishments were included with “four stars 2024”. They are exceptional properties, offering high levels of service and quality of facilities to match.

The JW Marriott Santo Domingo, in Santo Domingo and TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana, are listed as “recommended hotels”, these are excellent properties with consistently good service and facilities.

FTG highlights that “Amanera”, is a resort on the Dominican North coast, located on the famous golden sands of Playa Grande, with access to water sports, first-class golf with a course designed by Robert Trent Jones and built by his son, architect Rees Jones, with 10 holes coastal courses that include 5 holes atop a cliff known as the “Pebble Beach of the Caribbean.”
