PUNTA CANA, LA ALTAGRACIA PROVINCE.- At 11:00 am, Dominican comedian and actor Irvin Alberti took to the stage. He was there to officially launch “The New Wonders of the Caribbean” 2024 edition open house. This is an annual event organized by property developer Noval Properties. It gives real estate agents and potential clients a chance to explore their wide range of properties.
Alberti greeted the attendees warmly and highlighted the exciting day ahead, including a competition for the highest sales, and a highly anticipated closing event.

Guests began to arrive early in the morning. Stations were set up around the pool and Beach Club Cana Bay. Here, attendees mixed with leaders from top real estate firms. There were also representations from Cuba, USA, Canada, Chile, Peru, Puerto Rico, and Colombia.
Lorena Sevilla, the commercial director of Noval Properties, spoke about the location advantages. She discussed the great connectivity of Punta Cana Airport and the stunning beaches that make this location a buyer’s paradise.
Sevilla highlighted that the availability of direct flights to over 96 cities worldwide makes investing in Punta Cana easy and appealing.
