The rating issued by the largest credit rating agency in the world, specialized in the insurance industry, reflects the robustness of the insurer’s balance sheet, which they evaluate as the strongest, both in its operational performance and in its business profile. neutral and in appropriate comprehensive risk management.
According to the assessment carried out, Seguros Reservas is supported by its risk-adjusted capitalization at the strongest level, as evidenced in the results of measurement by the Best capital adequacy index (BCAR).
Seguros Reservas continues to demonstrate optimal underwriting in a highly competitive market, reporting consistent profitability compared to its closest competitors. Likewise, investment income has remained stable, further contributing to the positive final results.
In 2022, fire insurance continued to be the company’s main line of business, representing 33% of gross premiums written, followed by automobile insurance (28%), life insurance (21%) and the rest ( 18%) in other lines of business.
