The Minister of Tourism, David Collado, will announce the name of the 10 millionth visitor today, Tuesday, from the Punta Cana International Airport.
A display of music and personalities is expected while awaiting the name and nationality of the passenger arriving from this airport.
Collado made the announcement through his social media account where he published a video accompanied by the text “The 10 million new friends of the Dominican Republic have already turned the corner!!! Tomorrow (Tuesday) is the day where we will all celebrate the arrival of 10 million visitors to our country.”
In the video Collado indicates that this Christmas day is the best to make the announcement that this Tuesday the Dominican Republic will receive 10 million visitors.
