Punta Cana, Dominican Republic – With every seat taken and the audience on their feet in applause, the musical “SueñOZ de Navidad” celebrated a triumphant premiere on Sunday, December 14, at Hard Rock Café Punta Cana, confirming the growing appetite for high-quality cultural shows in the region.
Produced by Producciones Giank and under the artistic direction of Néstor Hernández, the staging delivered a family-friendly spectacle filled with fantasy, live music, singing, dance numbers and a powerful message centered on human values. From the opening scene, children and adults alike were drawn into a Christmas story that mixes magic, color and emotion on stage.

Inspired by the legendary world of Oz, “SueñOZ de Navidad” tells the story of a Christmas trapped in eternal winter by a witch. Beyond the visual effects and dynamic choreography, the heart of the show lies in its message: only through faith, unity and solidarity can the magic of Christmas be restored. This blend of entertainment and reflection gives the musical a special appeal during the holiday season.
